This page outlines the policies governing ticket purchases, sponsorships, exhibitor participation,
nomination entries, and attendance at the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala (“Event”).
By purchasing, registering, submitting a nomination, sponsoring, exhibiting, or attending, you
agree to the policies below.
- Event Admission
● A valid ticket or credential is required for entry.
● All attendees must follow venue rules and event staff instructions.
● We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate
behavior without refund.
- Tickets
● All ticket sales are final.
● Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
● Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.
● No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- Nomination Entries
The Nail Excellence Awards accepts paid nominations for award consideration.
Nomination Fee
● A small fee is required for each category entered.
● All nomination fees are non-refundable.
● Fees cover administrative review, processing, and production costs.
● Submission does not guarantee finalist or winner status.
Entry Agreement
By submitting a nomination, you confirm that:
● All information is accurate and truthful.
● You have permission to submit any photos, materials, or business information provided.
● You understand entries may be promoted publicly.
We reserve the right to disqualify entries that contain false or inappropriate information.
- Event Changes
We may modify:
● Event date
● Venue location
● Schedule
● Speakers, hosts, or programming
Changes do not entitle ticket holders, nominees, sponsors, or exhibitors to refunds unless
determined by SENA LLC.
- Photography & Media Release
By attending or participating in the Event, you grant SENA LLC permission to photograph,
record, and use your image, voice, likeness, or company branding for:
● Marketing
● Social media
● Website content
● Promotional campaigns
● Press coverage
No compensation will be provided for media usage.
- Sponsors, Advertisements & Exhibitors
Payment & Space
● Full payment is required to secure sponsorship, advertisement or booth space.
● Space is not confirmed until payment is received.
● All sponsorship, advertising and exhibitor payments are non-refundable.
Booth & Setup
● Booth assignments are determined by the Event team.
● Exhibitors are responsible for their own setup, materials, staffing, and equipment.
● Setup and breakdown times must be followed.
Conduct
Sponsors, Advertisers and exhibitors must maintain professional conduct aligned with the
mission of the Nail Excellence Awards.
We reserve the right to remove any display, material, or representative that:
● Is offensive
● Violates laws
● Conflicts with event standards
Removal may occur without refund.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final.
If the Event is rescheduled, registrations transfer to the new date.
If the Event is fully canceled and not rescheduled, SENA LLC may issue credits or partial
refunds at its discretion.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
● Natural disasters
● Government restrictions
● Public health emergencies
● Venue emergencies
In such cases, credits may be issued toward a future event.
- Limitation of Liability
SENA LLC is not responsible for:
● Personal injury
● Lost, stolen, or damaged property
● Technical issues
● Third-party service disruptions
Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
- Intellectual Property
All event branding, logos, materials, and content belong to SENA LLC and may not be
reproduced without written permission. - Privacy
We collect personal information necessary to process tickets, sponsorships, exhibitor
registrations, and nominations.
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with:
● Payment processors
● Event service providers
● Venue staff
● Marketing platforms
To request access, corrections, or deletion of your information, email:

- SMS & Email Communication
By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive event-related
communications from SENA LLC regarding the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala.
These communications may include:
● Event updates
● Registration confirmations
● Nomination notifications
● Sponsorship or exhibitor information
● Important schedule or logistical announcements
● Promotional or marketing messages
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
You may:
● Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the
email.
● Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
● Reply HELP for assistance.
Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send essential transactional or
event-related communications regarding your purchase, nomination, sponsorship, or
participation.
- Policy Updates
SENA LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without
prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our
website, submission of nominations, purchase of tickets, or participation in the Event constitutes
acceptance of any revised policies.
