Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Ticket Sales, Exhibitors, and Sponsors

At the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

1. Ticket Sales:

• All ticket sales are final. Once your ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to personal, health, or travel issues. Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before completing your purchase.

• Event Modifications: In the unlikely event of a change in event dates or location, tickets will remain valid for the new event, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Exhibitor Fees:

• Exhibitor fees are nonrefundable. Once an exhibitor booth is booked and paid for, no refunds will be provided. This policy ensures that the event remains as planned, with sufficient time to organize all necessary logistics.

• Cancellations: If an exhibitor decides to cancel their participation, the full exhibitor fee will be forfeited, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Sponsorship Fees:

• All sponsorship fees are nonrefundable. Sponsorships, once secured, are non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of event changes or cancellations. This includes changes to the event date, venue, or format.

• Sponsorship Commitment: By agreeing to sponsor the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala, sponsors acknowledge and accept that no refund will be provided, regardless of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Force Majeure:

• In the event that the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala is canceled or significantly altered due to reasons beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), no refunds will be issued. We will, however, provide attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors with the opportunity to transfer tickets or participation to a future event or rescheduled date.

5. Agreement to Policy:

By purchasing tickets, registering as an exhibitor, or committing as a sponsor, you acknowledge and agree to these nonrefundable terms. We recommend that all participants carefully consider their ability to attend and participate prior to securing tickets, exhibitor space, or sponsorship commitments.
