application and payment, your space and marketing assets are reserved. No refunds will be
provided under any circumstances, including event cancellations or rescheduling. We
encourage all partners to ensure their commitment before completing registration.

• Full Payment: You may opt to pay the full amount for your marketing opportunity.
• Pay in Four Payments: For your convenience, we offer a flexible payment plan.
You can divide the total payment into four equal installments.
To reserve your marketing spot, you must complete the Marketing Application. The application will require the following details:
• Company Information (Name, Contact Info, etc.)
• Selected Marketing Opportunities (Choose your preferred options)
• Payment Details (Full payment or installment options)
How to Submit:
• Once completed, submit your Marketing Application.
• After submission, a Sales
Representative will reach out within 48 hours to confirm your participation and guide you through the next steps for creative submission and event logistics.
Please ensure that all creative assets (logos, images, advertisements) are submitted by the specified Creative Due By dates to ensure proper inclusion in marketing materials.
