We offer two exhibitor packages, both designed to give you maximum exposure and access to the event.

Engage attendees with live demos and tutorials at your Demo Station (Option 2).

Exhibitor Guidelines

• Setup and Breakdown:

Exhibitors may begin setting up their tables and surrounding space on October 4th, 2025 at 6am and must complete their setup by 8am. Breakdown will begin at 1pm.


• Product Display:

Exhibitors must ensure their products are safe, legal, and compliant with event regulations.

 Exhibitors may bring table covers with any brand information, backdrops and retractable banners. Nothing is to be placed directly on the draping behind the tables. Branding items are only to be placed at or directly around the exhibitor table. 


• Staffing:

All exhibitor staff must wear event credentials (badge) at all times. This will be given at registration the morning of October 4th.

How to Apply

1. Complete the Exhibitor Application: Fill out the online application form below.

2. A sales representative will contact you, answer any additional questions you may have and finalize your package.

3. Once your package is finalized, you will receive an invoice that must be paid at that time and an Exhibitor Agreement that will require your signature.

4. Confirmation: Once your Invoice and Exhibitor Agreement is received you will receive an email confirming your exhibitor space and additional details about the event.

Additional Information


• Each package includes entry for the exhibitor and 1-2 assistants (depending on package).

• Electricity is $100 per table and per demo table.

Payment Options:  Full Payment or Pay in 4 options available: All exhibitor fees are due upon application confirmation.

• Refund Policy: Exhibitor fees are non-refundable.

• Venue: The event will be held at Live! Casino 7002 ArundelMills Circle #7777, Hanover Maryland 21076.

• Parking: Free parking is available. Additional details on parking and loading zones will be provided closer to the event.
