By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Payment: All exhibitor fees are non-refundable once paid. The payment for your table will not be refunded, even if the event is canceled or rescheduled for any reason
2. Table Setup and Breakdown: You are responsible for the setup and breakdown of your table. Setup times must be adhered to and all tables must be fully set up before the event begins.
3. Product Display: Only products and services that have been approved in this application may be displayed. Any changes or additions to the products or services you wish to showcase must be submitted to the Sales representative for approval.
4. Liability: The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property during the event. Vendors are advised to secure their table and display items.
5. Insurance: Exhibitors must carry appropriate business insurance to cover their own products and liabilities.
6. Event Conduct: Exhibitor agree to maintain a professional and respectful presence at the event. Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from theevent.
