Do I have to be in the Nail industry to attend the Expo and Gala?
Not at all! While the 2025 Nail excellence Awards celebrates professionals in the nail industry, the Expo and Gala are open to anyone who appreciates beauty, wellness, and creativity. Whether you’re a client, supporter, student, or simply curious — you’re warmly welcome to attend and enjoy the experience.
Are children able to attend the Expo and Gala?
Children under 16 are not permitted at the Expo. Children over 10 may attend the Gala, but must remain quiet and respectful during the event.
How do I nominate myself or someone else?
Simply fill out the nomination form on the award nominations page. You can nominate yourself or someone you believe deserves recognition.
Is there a nomination fee?
Nomination entries are completely FREE.
Who are the judges?
Our judging panel includes a mix of respected nail experts and industry professionals from outside of the nail world. This diverse team ensures fair, well-rounded evaluations based on creativity, skill, and impact.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. During our cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a variety of upscale small bites and appetizers. Bars will be available throughout the venue, serving a selection of wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Is there a dress code?
It’s a red carpet event! Formal or fashion forward attire is encouraged.

Is there a deadline to become a sponsor?
Yes. To ensure full promotional benefits, we recommend confirming your sponsorship by August 25th.
When are creatives due (logos or any other images)
All creatives — including promotional graphics, photos, ad materials and brand assets — are due within 7 days of signing the contract and submitting payment, unless a different deadline is provided by your sales representative.
Submitting on time ensures your brands is included in all official event materials and promotions.
What type of sponsorship packages are available?

Do you accept in-kind sponsorships or product donations?

How do I become an exhibitor?

Is there a deadline to sign up as an exhibitor?
Yes. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying no later than August 15th. If after this date please contact us at sales@nailexcellenceawards.com to see if there is still space available.
Can I sell products at my booth?
Yes. Selling is permitted. Exhibitors are welcome to offer products for sale or provide samples, as long as it complies with venue guidelines.
Will there be foot traffic near exhibitor spaces?
Absolutely. Exhibitor tables are strategically placed to maximize visibility and engagement during the daytime Expo.
