Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchasers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors

Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala

 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in the Nail Excellence Awards Expo and Gala (the “Event”). By purchasing tickets, sponsoring, or exhibiting, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with the transaction or participation.

 

2. Ticket Purchases

• Ticket Sales are Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• Ticket Availability and Pricing: Prices for tickets and packages are subject to change without prior notice. Once a ticket purchase is completed, the price is locked in.

• Event Access: Ticket holders will gain access to the Event as specified by their ticket type (e.g., general admission, VIP, etc.). The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket holder violates Event policies or engages in disruptive behavior.

 

3. Sponsorship and Exhibitor Participation

• Sponsorship Agreement: Sponsorship of the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala is subject to specific terms outlined in the individual sponsorship agreement. Sponsors must adhere to all deadlines, branding guidelines, and logistical requirements as outlined by the Organizer.

• Exhibitor Participation: Exhibitors must ensure their tables, products, and conduct comply with the Event’s guidelines. Exhibitors are responsible for staffing their tables and maintaining professionalism throughout the Event.

• No Subletting or Transferring: Sponsorships and exhibitor spaces are non-transferable. You may not sublet or assign your space to any other party without prior written consent from the Organizer.

• Exhibitor Responsibility and Liability Waiver: The Organizer and the Event venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of exhibitors’ personal item, products, or equipment. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security, management, and safeguard of their own property throughout the duration of the event. Additionally, exhibitors, assume full responsibility for their services, transactions, and interactions conducted during the event.

 

4. Limited Liability

• Event Changes or Cancellations: The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). In the event of a cancellation, the Organizer will provide notice as soon as possible, but no refunds will be issued.

• Personal Liability: The Organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the Event. Participants, ticket holders, sponsors, and exhibitors assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

• Force Majeure: The Organizer will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

 

5. Code of Conduct

• All Event attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive atmosphere. Discriminatory or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

• Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their materials and promotions are in alignment with the Event’s values and do not offend or disrupt the experience of other attendees.

 

6. Photography, Videography, and Media

• By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. The Organizer may use your image, video, or likeness in any media format for promotional purposes without compensation.

• Sponsors and exhibitors are granted permission to capture images or video within their designated booth space for their own promotional use but must respect the rights of other attendees and exhibitors.

 

7. Privacy and Data Collection

• By purchasing tickets, sponsoring, or exhibiting, you agree to provide certain personal information, which will be used for Event-related communications, transactions, and promotions. The Organizer respects your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

• You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails you receive.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All Event branding, logos, content, and materials are the property of the Organizer and are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from the Organizer.

• Sponsors and exhibitors may use the Event’s logo or branding in accordance with the terms outlined in their individual agreements.

 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the competent courts of Maryland.

• In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably before pursuing any legal remedy.

 

10. Agreement

By purchasing tickets, sponsoring, or exhibiting at the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

Refund Policy for Ticket Sales, Exhibitors, and Sponsors

 

1. Ticket Sales:

• All ticket sales are final. Once your ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to personal, health, or travel issues. Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before completing your purchase.

• Event Modifications: In the unlikely event of a change in event dates or location, tickets will remain valid for the new event, and no refunds will be issued.

 

2. Exhibitor Fees:

• Exhibitor fees are nonrefundable. Once an exhibitor table is booked and paid for, no refunds will be provided. This policy ensures that the event remains as planned, with sufficient time to organize all necessary logistics.

• Cancellations: If an exhibitor decides to cancel their participation, the full exhibitor fee will be forfeited, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

 

3. Sponsorship Fees:

• All sponsorship fees are nonrefundable. Sponsorships, once secured, are non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of event changes or cancellations. This includes changes to the event date, venue, or format.

• Sponsorship Commitment: By agreeing to sponsor the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala, sponsors acknowledge and accept that no refund will be provided, regardless of unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Force Majeure:

• In the event that the Nail Excellence Awards Expo & Gala is canceled or significantly altered due to reasons beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), no refunds will be issued. We will, however, provide attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors with the opportunity to transfer tickets or participation to a future event or rescheduled date.

 

5. Agreement to Policy:

By purchasing tickets, registering as an exhibitor, or committing as a sponsor, you acknowledge and agree to these nonrefundable terms. We recommend that all participants carefully consider their ability to attend and participate prior to securing tickets, exhibitor space, or sponsorship commitments.
